Global Opportunity AI Agent is a digital matching and email-delivery service. Because access and service processing can begin immediately after verified payment, purchases are generally not refundable merely because no particular outcome is achieved or because a customer changes their mind.

When to contact us

Please contact us promptly through WhatsApp if you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, paid successfully but did not receive the purchased access, or experienced a genuine payment or service activation problem. We will investigate provider and service records and, where appropriate, correct access or issue a refund.

Outcome exclusions

A lack of matches, an unsuccessful application, rejection by an employer or institution, or refusal of admission, funding, sponsorship or a visa does not by itself establish a service failure or refund entitlement. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
